Fryer Certification Assessment

Dedicated Plant-Based Fryer

Requirement: Designate a specific fryer exclusively for plant-based frying. This fryer should not be used for any animal-based products.

Purpose: To eliminate cross-contamination and ensure that fries are 100% plant-based.

Initial Digital Audit

Requirement: Submit high-quality photos or videos of the designated fryer setup. The audit will focus on cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to plant-based protocols.
